Acceptance of Terms. By using https://lowesloadscouriersservice.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Door-To-Door Delivery, Legal Document Delivery, Prescription Delivery, Letter Delivery, Same-Day Delivery provided by Lowe's Loads & Couriers Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Lowe's Loads & Couriers Service and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lowe's Loads & Couriers Service makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowe's Loads & Couriers Service's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Lowe's Loads & Couriers Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lowe's Loads & Couriers Service from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
